Right of withdrawal - 14 days
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- with its tags and original packaging
Incomplete, damaged, or used items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs:
In accordance with European legislation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

- the item received does not match the order
In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by EVERLOOM.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
- Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless due to our error.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or model, simply:
- return the original item
- place a new order on our website
This ensures quick processing and immediate availability of the desired product.

Defective items or order error:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:
- photos of the product
- order number
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or undelivered packages:
If a package is declared lost by the carrier, EVERLOOM will:
