By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

Photographs are not contractually binding.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included where applicable.

EVERLOOM reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

The customer receives an email confirmation once the order is validated.

Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal or any other method offered on the site.

No banking information is stored by EVERLOOM.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are specified when ordering.

Delivery is free for purchases over €65.

Returns & withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Guarantees

Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

Responsibility

EVERLOOM cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or a case of force majeure.
